CFNAC is currently booking in-person physiotherapy, tele rehab physiotherapy, massage therapy, and chiropractic appointments for new and existing patients.

When booking a physiotherapy assessment, you are also encouraged to book a 30 minute treatment session the following week at minimum, and 3-4 further weekly treatment sessions according to your scheduling needs. These bookings can be adjusted after your assessment. This allows a timely follow up and optimal treatment progression.

Please cancel and reschedule your session if any symptoms of illness are present.

Please note that as of May 1, 2024 the Physiotherapy fee for a 30 minute session will be $85, and the fee for a 45 minute session will be $115.

Physiotherapy for Performance at CFNAC is rooted in a partnership with our patients (and frequently in collaboration with our CF Coaches!) to assess, interpret, and treat the root cause of your problem - whether pain, injury, non optimal mobility/strength or sport performance - your goals are our highest priority. Our Physiotherapists have the highest of qualifications and post graduate training in order to provide evidence based care. We uniquely bridge (pre)rehab to fitness, work together with the rest of your health care team, so that we invest in your whole health and well being.

Telerehabilitation is a delivery model for physiotherapy care using telehealth technology (most commonly through video conferencing) where one on one physiotherapy takes place "virtually". Telerehabilitation has been shown to be effective for conditions in which goals can be primarily achieved through assessment, active exercise, progression of exercise, functional rehabilitation, activity, education, self-mobilization, self management, and monitoring.

Telerehabilitation is shown to be an effective physiotherapy tool and can be adapted to treat patients with acute or persistent pain, with injury, with pre and post surgical patients, in pregnancy and also in post partum patients. Prehab and performance needs can also be met.


Massage Therapy

Jen Bladon, BSc. PT, FCAMPT, CIDN, completed her Physiotherapy degree from the University of Toronto in 1998. Advanced qualifications include a Diploma in Manipulative Therapy, (FCAMPT), 300hr Yoga Teacher training, TRX certification, CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, as well as Precision Nutrition 1. These areas of study allow Jen to provide comprehensive care, as well as from an overall health and fitness perspective. Jen is rostered with The College of Physiotherapists of Ontario to perform spinal manipulation, dry needling/acupuncture, and pelvic floor physiotherapy. Specials interests include women’s health through the lifespan (including pre and post natal, menopausal health), child and adolescent prehab and rehab, arthritic conditions, and hypermobility syndromes. Jen also has a special interest in shoulder specific conditions, with experience working in an Advanced Practitioner role with Dr. John Randle, an orthopaedic surgeon specializing in shoulders at Southlake Regional Health Centre.
