Welcome to CFNAC online booking! CFNAC is currently booking in-person physiotherapy, tele rehab physiotherapy, massage therapy, athletic therapy and chiropractic appointments for new and existing patients.

When booking a physiotherapy assessment, you are also encouraged to book a 30 minute treatment session the following week at minimum, and 3-4 further weekly treatment sessions according to your scheduling needs. These bookings can be adjusted after your assessment. This allows a timely follow up and optimal treatment progression.

CANCELLATION POLICY We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment, otherwise it is subject to the full cost of the session booked. We do recognize that very unexpected circumstances last minute do arise, and we will work to accommodate those cases accordingly. Also please note that missed appointments or cancellations cannot be issued a clinical receipt.

Dr. Emily Carr DC #8234

Dr. Emily Carr’s primary goal is to help her patents get back to moving and stay moving.

She completed her undergrad with Honours in Human Kinetics at the University of Guelph and her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. Emily aims to help her patients achieve their goals by managing pain, building self-efficacy, and fostering resilience. Dr. Carr isn’t only an expert in spinal health but is knowledgeable when it comes to all joints and muscles in the body! She incorporates a variety of manual therapy techniques into her treatment plans, such as manipulations, instrument assisted soft tissue therapy, integrated needling/acupuncture and MRT.

When Emily isn’t treating patients, you’ll find her in a CrossFit class, running by Lake Simcoe or tending to her house plants.
